Instead, we say, “How beautiful! It affects us below the level of thought.

Nature Brings You Back to Reality

You can’t stop the rain. You can not delay the setting sun. You can not set a comfortable temperature of up to 70 degrees. If you climb a mountain, your muscles will burn. But with this surrender comes such a relief! You wake up from a dream and realise how little control you have. You remember that difficulties and lack of control are part of life, and accepting this reality makes it not only tolerant but also capable of feeling the joy of life.

In the United States, people are doing everything they can to avoid realizing that they all love will die. In nature, you are constantly confronted with dead trees. And here they take care of young plants. You walk through the burn area and see a variety of wildflowers thriving in newly enriched soil. You can even see the skulls and bones of animals. When we are faced with death, we value our life more, at the present moment, and we experience waves of joy from the fact that we are alive. Many cancer survivors are well aware of this truth because of the cruel encounter with death. Nature frees us from this reality.

Nature allows people to learn more about themselves and their life, so it is advisable to visit beautiful places from time to time. These are some of the reasons why everyone is encouraged to explore and communicate with nature more often.

Nature gives you time to focus on yourself. This will help you to clear your mind and free you from anxiety. It can restart your mind and refresh your heart. Nature can allow you to relax and recover from the worries and stress you may have. It makes you feel happier and happier.
