In June 2013, Sony unveiled one of the jewels of their crown. The long awaited PS4 console system. And this has brought an unquestioned number of fans avid for information regarding releases and its possible launch date. However, this could also pose a problem since any leak of information, true or false has a very influential scope knowing that it will go viral as soon as released. Much to its credit, the PS4 will promise to have a “seamless and frictionless experience” as well as an affordable price. 349 to 399 dollars in the markets, compared to the XBOX1, its Microsoft counterpart, which stands at 429 and 499 on the counter. For the PS4 aficionados who are about to ride the hype wagon here is a little list of some featured comparisons we made with the XBOX1 so as to give a little counterweight for this new trend.

Last march 13th, when 600.00 members signed up for the retailer’s Power up rewards program asking for the PS4 “first to know list”, the guys at Sony raised their eyebrows. They expected the demand would be high, but not this high. Perhaps because the console business has nearly a decade without recycling and new technologies are allowing to power up better machines in more compact spaces. Ambitious projects where mentioned in which the gamers sitting together can switch sides having the game adjusting itself to it. The machine promises AMD technology with a next-gen AMD Radeon graphic base. Also with a new system of state of the art processors the PS4 will hit 1.84 TFLOPS at every moment. And a DDR 8 gigabytes of RAM to have this all run smoothly. No wonder this has gamers all over the world thrilled regarding the issue.

However, let this be a warning the hype that came and will not go for a while until the PS4 finally arrives on the market. Based on acquaintances opinions, here are some tips to take into consideration when choosing to buy a PS4 over an XBOX1. Trade in titles at a discount rate from the XBOX market, PS4 is not without unexpected errors and XBOX has a sturdier setoff (in hardware and software). In XBOX you can download your games and to play them when offline, see if you can do that with PS4. The control pads are way more comfortable and cooler in the Microsoft console. Sony’s version of games include Final Fantasy XIV, Knack, Killzone: Shadow Fall, Driveclub, Infamous: Second Son, The Order 1886, Daylight, Super Stardust HD and Planetside. Microsoft’s include Halo5, Quantum Break, Forza 5, Rye, Deadrising 3 and some others. Both have blue ray features and both promise a gaming experiences one step further.

When taking notice of the so many clients and users there is in the PS4 gaming community, it’s very clear to see the huge money there is to be made in the upcoming years. A new experiment on that matter would be next-gen game “The division” in which a team of ragtag soldiers fight for the ruins of a devastated New York City. With breath taking graphics and a friendly interphase, this only has led the Sony diehards frothing in their mouths. Massive online multiplayers will be a bet in the future hoping to catch the new generation of players and the more experienced mature offering various titles.

If we also take into consideration the hardware specifications and the coding the PS4 uses, is not so very different than a PC, which gives the nods to the PC users to join in. Not a bad move for the guys at Sony to gain new markets.
