Turn on the orange peel in your diet and increase the fiber by 6 grams of fruit. Combined with other fruits and vegetables, and you can easily provide the fiber you need daily. Two medium oranges without utilizing the peel, two medium banana and two medium apples a day will be more than meet the needs of your fiber.
