A taxi, taxicab or simply a cab is a vehicle that people hire to transport one or more passengers in different places. These taxis have been used for about three centuries. Ancient people who were rich and belong to royalty were transported to the desired places through the backs of slaves. Today, various cars and vehicles used as taxis from carriages drawn by horses to a standard yellow taxi, extravagant sedans, and limousines.
